We had a wonderful stay with friends at the Valeria Madina Club Resort. The value for money is excellent: the hotel is superb, the rooms are comfortable, the facilities are very well maintained, and we also ate very well throughout our stay. A huge thank you to the entire entertainment team, especially Yoyo, Axel, Baloo, Faty, Cassy, and Mima, for their energy, good humor, and helpfulness. You greatly contributed to making our holiday unforgettable! 🫶 Thank you also to Saber and his team for organizing a fantastic fan zone with a giant screen so we could watch the World Cup in an amazing atmosphere. We leave with wonderful memories and recommend this resort without hesitation. We look forward to returning!

A superb stay!! We only saw very negative reviews after booking, and I admit I was apprehensive. I won't list all the positive points because there are many, but I want to highlight the appalling behavior of us tourists who are the cause of these reviews. Glasses, plates, ice cream sundaes...abandoned everywhere on the property because of the laziness of leaving them at the bar or placing them on the nearest table. A monumental and shameful waste of food. Children are not supervised by their parents, half-eaten food is left on the ground, including by the pool and under the sun loungers. The hygiene of these people is deplorable. Not to mention the unlimited alcohol that the adults don't know how to moderate; I'll let you imagine the uncouth, uneducated behavior. We could have photographed all of this, but we've chosen to show the establishment as it is after the numerous visits of the always smiling, helpful, and professional staff. There were many tourists, but I wasn't proud of the image presented by the French tourists. We highly recommend this establishment, which welcomes you with traditional tea upon arrival, offers numerous activities for adults and children, a shuttle to the city center... We will cherish very fond memories of our stay and will know where to return.

I visited Madina last year and was so worried as the reviews were not good but I was pleasantly surprised me and my children had a wonderful time the entertainment was brilliant food great so much to choose from even for fussy eaters the staff are helpful cleaning staff are great clean rooms daily and bring bottled water daily pools lovely and clean water slides great!
